Our Story

The Butcher’s Block combines our love of organic, locally sourced produce and efficient, professional service, with an emphasis on passion and quality.

With our seasonal menus created by experienced chefs coupled with our exceptionally customer focused service staff, we believe that The Butcher’s Block is the best place for your early morning breakfast, lunchtime meetings and relaxed dinner experience.

Born and raised in Auckland New Zealand, Dan Rudolph is the pioneer of modern cuisine, as he brings international culinary experience to The Butchers Block. Dan develops his personal style of modern Australian cuisine, with contemporary Asian influences, tied back with European precision, thus being the influence behind the refined menu of The Butchers Block.

His intent to curate a season based menu, allows his team to get the most out of his dishes, ensuring optimum produce to deliver satisfaction to his diners from the perspective of taste, and texture.
